The site and the courses are run by CoachOge (“CoachOge”, “we”). Contact: ndukweukabi@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2Education, not advice

• The gains shown on this site and in the lessons are past moves, from CoachOge’s own trading and research. They’re shown so you can see how the Insider Strategy works. They are not typical results and not a promise of future returns.
• Investing involves risk, including losing some or all of your money. Stocks that show the 4 signs can still fall.
• Your investment decisions, and their results, are your own. Consider getting advice from a licensed professional before you invest.
• We may hold some of the stocks we discuss.

3The free course

The free course costs nothing and needs no card. When you sign up, you agree to get your lessons, reminders and offers from CoachOge by email and WhatsApp. You can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.

Finishing all the free lessons unlocks a student price on the full course for 5 days. After that, the full price applies.

4Buying the full course

• Prices are shown on the offer page, in naira or US dollars (you choose). Paystack processes every payment. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
• Pay once and you get every module and the stock list straight away.
• Pay as you watch and you pay for one module at a time (this costs 45% more in total than paying once). Each module opens when you pay for it. You can pay off the rest at a discount from your course page, and the stock list opens when every module is paid.
• We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects a payment you’ve already made.

5Your access

• Your access to the course and Accelerating Stocks to Buy lasts 12 months from your first payment.
• Before it ends, you can renew for another 12 months at the renewal price shown on your course page. Renewal is never automatic: we only charge you when you choose to renew.
• When your access ends without renewal, the course and the list lock until you renew.
• Your access is personal. Don’t share your access link, or the course, the videos or the stock list, with anyone else. If we find an account being shared, we may close it without a refund.

6Refunds

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn’t for you, email ndukweukabi@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund what you paid, to the card or account you paid with. Once refunded, your access ends.

After 14 days, payments (including module payments and renewals) aren’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

7Using the course

The videos, the stock list, the written material and the CoachOge name belong to CoachOge. You may use them for your own learning and investing. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or share them, or use them to teach or advise others, without our written permission.

8Questions and comments

Paid students can post questions and comments under lessons, and other students can see them. Be respectful; don’t post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, other people’s personal information, advertising, or tips to buy or sell specific investments. We may remove posts that break these rules, and close the account of anyone who keeps breaking them. Answers from CoachOge or other students are education, not advice (see section 2).

9Our responsibility

• We work hard to keep the course, the list and the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise they’ll always be error-free or uninterrupted. Market data can be delayed or wrong.
• We aren’t responsible for any investment losses, or for any decision you make based on the course or the list.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the course is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can’t be excluded.

10Changes and ending

We may update the course content, add or replace lessons, or change these terms. We’ll update the date at the top, and if a change matters to paid students, we’ll tell you by email. If we ever close the paid course before your access ends, we’ll refund you for the unused months.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, please email us first and we’ll try to sort it out. If we can’t, the courts of Nigeria will decide, though you may also have the right to bring a claim where you live.
